Many thanks to The Tragic Vixen.
- Faith's first scene appears at the end of Act One. There's daylight outside the city limits. A prison guard calls out her number "430019" - steel doors open, power shot on Faith's face bathed in sunlight.
- Faith is working out in jail. Another prisoner, Debbie, approaches her, is about to stab her with a curved dagger. Faith deflects her attack and disarms her. Examines the dagger - will seem familiar to viewers of a certain other Mutant Enemy show.
- In Act Two, Wesley comes to see Faith in prison. Tells her that Angelus is back. Faith tells Wesley to step away from the glass - she then crashes through the glass shield. They fights off guards, then Faith grabs Wes and hurls them through the window, falling three stories.
- In the beginning of Act Three, Faith and Wes are driving back to Los Angeles. Wes gives her the lowdown on what's happening. (Great reaction by Faith.) Wes questions if Faith is up to a fight. He stops driving, and a vampire pulls Faith out of the car. She quickly dusts two of them, but one runs away when he sees it's the Slayer.
- They arrive at the hotel. Faith meets Fred, Gunn and Connor. Has a brief confrontation with Cordelia, but quickly shuts her down. (She reveals that she was convicted for Murder Two, and sentenced for 25 years to life.) Faith makes it clear that it's a salvage mission only, and puts Connor in his place. (He's clearly turned on by her.)
- In the next scene, Angelus learns that the Slayer is back in town. He makes a quick phone call back to Buffy's house, asks Dawn if her sis is home. Hangs up once he learns that she is, and surmises that it's "the other one."
- Wes, Faith, Gunn and Connor go out hunting for Angelus. Connor tries to make small talk, Faith again shuts him down. (Calls him "Dawson.") Connor disobey Faith's orders, makes it clear that he'd dust Angelus if he saw him. She ends up pointing an arrow to his throat and asks him if he's a murderer, like she is. She sends him home with Gunn to watch over him.
- Faith and Wes enter the industrial district. Angelus leaves a "Welcome Faith" sign out for her on the side of a warehouse. She tells Wes to take low, as she takes high - then goes up the side of the building and drops in through the roof. Wes is waylaid by two vampires outside.
- Angelus taunts Faith, leading her to where the Beast is waiting. He pummels her. Faith is badly beaten and bloodied. She can't move. Before the Beast can kill her, Angelus stabs the Beast in the back with the bone knife that kills him. With the Beast dead, the sun returns. Angelus goes to kill Faith. She swings a large hook that smashes through a window, allowing light inside. She lies in the pool of sunlight, and Angelus can't get to her. He taunts her some more, before leaving. Outside, the two vamps that Wes were fighting burn up as the sun returns. He enters the warehouse, and wraps her up in his jacket as she shakes from shock and terror.
- Back at the hotel, the others react to the sun rising. Connor thinks that Faith did it, is "totally smitten". Goes up to Cordy, still praising her. Cordy remarks wryly at the father and son attraction to slayers, and reveals that she's pregnant with his child. Episode ends as she lowers him on to the bed.
